Trump receives Richard Nixon Foundation’s ‘Architect of Peace’ award during WH ceremony

Federal Appeals Court clears way for Trump admin. to federalize Oregon Nat’l Guard, but deployment remains blocked by separate TRO

A federal appeals court cleared the way for the Trump administration to mobilize members of the Oregon National Guard for potential future deployment to Portland, reversing a lower court order that had blocked the move.

WH: No plans for Trump and Putin to meet in ‘immediate future’

A White House official has announced that President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have no plans to meet “in the immediate future,” dispelling expectations of a potential summit in Hungary that had been anticipated in the coming weeks.
